What if my size is not available?

If your sizing does not appear, we are currently out of stock. To find out when more will be available please sign up for our newsletter to receive updates. (You can sign up using the form near the bottom of each page on this website) We normally have new deliveries arriving every 4 weeks, but new stock may also be only a few days away. If you are after larger sizing (men’s over 40″ waist for example) please email us to confirm – sales@denverjeans.com

Shipping Information

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Sometimes the tracking does not show in real time, only pick up and arrival.

Where do we ship to?

We ship to many countries worldwide, please add products to your cart to check availability for your country and Contact Us if you have any questions.

Where do we ship from?

Our denim products are sent from out warehouse in Hamilton, New Zealand. Our other apparel and accessory products are fulfilled by our logistics partners in Australia and the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Check the estimated delivery date for your country for each product in our store. (Displayed below the "Add to cart" button on the product page.) These dates are only estimates and the actual delivery times may vary.

Denim items are shipped from New Zealand. In-Stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Out-of-Stock items can be backordered and will be fulfilled as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse.

Other items are shipped from New Zealand, Australia, or the United States. Check the individual product page for dispatch estimates. Non-denim items are not available for backorder.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. We can either exchange or refund.

Please note that all products need to be in original “new” condition – products must still have tags attached, be unworn (other than trying on for size), unwashed and include any and all components.

This will be verified by our distribution centre before an exchange or refund is granted. If an item is deemed to be in “unsatisfactory” condition we will not issue any exchange or refund, we can return the original product(s) to you if the delivery fee is paid. Alternatively there is a restocking fee for items returned in new condition with their tags missing and an additional fee for items returned in new condition but need to have animal hair or small marks removed.

When packaging your item to be returned please enclose a note to prevent delays. Include your full name, delivery address, items purchased and date of purchase. We will send you the exchanged item free, no postage fee.

To process a return or exchange, please email us at sales@denverjeans.com to receive a return authorization and additional return instructions.

Please note: all returns must be sent to one of our return addresses available in the United States, Australia, or New Zealand. The buyer is responsible for return expenses. Thank You!

Warranty Information

Denver Jeans will repair or replace this garment, should it fail due to faulty materials or manufacture for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase.

Denver Jeans warranty covers all defects relating to manufacturing workmanship for 12 months. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear of the garment.
